We use AI throughout research, product definition, design, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and operations. The advantage comes from the structure around the models: explicit context, specialist roles, controlled tools, review gates, and people accountable for consequential decisions.
That structure lets the company move faster without treating generated output as evidence of correctness.
